How it works

Episodes are ninety seconds long and shot vertically, for one hand. They do not end — they split. Whichever side you take becomes the next episode, and the series ends in four different places depending on how you got there.

The path you refused is not gone. You can open it later and watch how it would have gone, which is the part every other short-drama app leaves out: they play a straight line and sell you the next episode in it.

What it costs

• The safe path is free, start to finish. You can watch a complete story with a real ending without paying anything.
• Coins open the risky branches and the endings they lead to.
• What you buy, you keep. Unlocking a branch buys the episode, not the viewing — it stays in your library.
• No subscription. Nothing renews and nothing expires.

Something broken, a purchase that did not arrive, or a question about the story: write to support@webkoding.com and say which device and iOS version you are on. We answer in English and Turkish.

Coins did not arrive after a purchase

Coins are credited by our server after Apple confirms the receipt, so a slow network can delay them by a few seconds rather than lose them. If they are still missing after a minute, reopen the wallet screen — the balance is read from the server, not stored on the phone. If they are still missing, write to us with the date and the pack you bought.

Deleting your account

Settings has a delete option inside the app. Deletion is not instant on purpose: the account is scheduled and can be undone for thirty days, after which everything is removed. You can also export your data from the same screen.

Privacy

Short version: Cliff does not ask who you are. You can watch without making an account, and we do not sell anything about you to anybody.

What is stored

• An install identifier we generate ourselves, so your coins and unlocked episodes survive closing the app. It is not Apple's advertising identifier and it is not shared.
• Your progress and purchases — which episodes you unlocked, which endings you reached, your coin balance and the ledger behind it. Purchase records have to be kept: they are what proves you own an episode.
• An email address, only if you give one to move an account to a new phone.

What is not

There is no advertising SDK in the app, so it never asks for permission to track you across other apps and it cannot. There is no location, no contacts, no microphone, no camera, no photo library.

Who else sees anything

• Apple processes the payment. We never see a card number.
• Adapty receives that a purchase happened, so we can read revenue in one dashboard across our apps. It receives the transaction, not who you are.

Your data is yours

Export and deletion are both in the app's settings, and either can be requested at support@webkoding.com. Deletion removes the account and its progress; anonymous purchase records that tax law requires us to keep are the one exception, and they carry no identifier that points back to you.

Children

Cliff is rated for teens and older and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect anything from a child.
